Our Directorate of Health, Culture, and Sports (SKS), in accordance with Articles 46 and 47 of the Higher Education Law No. 2547, is responsible for meeting the social needs of higher education students, our university staff, their dependents, and retirees—including the protection of their physical and mental health, as well as their nutritional, housing, work, rest, and leisure needs—and, to this end, within the limits of budgetary resources, operates reading rooms, inpatient health centers, student cafeterias and dining halls, as well as meeting rooms, theater and movie theaters, sports halls and fields, and campsites—all within the limits of budgetary resources—and to take the necessary measures to ensure students make the best possible use of these facilities. Our Directorate operates under the supervision of a Vice Rector appointed by the Rector.
